Blueprint Ltd series adds No.7 with Progressions' 'The Coriolis Effect'

James Ruskin’s Blueprint Ltd series returns with its seventh outing, comprised of four new tracks from the UK producer - Progression, whose first Blueprint appearance was back on 2014’s release ‘SC1’ alongside Rumah.

Progression began nights in Southampton blasting low-end heavy dub-step on even heavier sound systems, but since living in Bristol, his attention shifted to a straighter, more direct sonic palette that still remains rough around the edges.

On the A side, ‘The Coriolis Effect’ is a meeting of light and shade where bright keys are underlined with a dark techno stomp.

Next up, is the sinister beast ‘Omnipotent 3’, it's a relentless track from the outset, no holds barred Techno - with a solid kick and extra high-frequency analogue percussions and sweeps.

Meanwhile on the flip side, ‘Obscuro’ is stripped-back and grinding insane high frequency noises, a concrete kick and repetition as a formula for some no-nonsense dance-floor destruction.

Delivering the final kick to the release is ‘CH1’ a suitably menacing track, with a straight techno vibe and trademark sound created on this exemplary Techno E.P.
