Duke Dumont returns with new single 'Won't Look Back'

Chart topping dance music maestro Duke Dumont returns with new single 'Won't Look Back', released August 24th via Blasé Boys Club / Virgin EMI.

The last year has seen Duke perform an incredible feat with two consecutive number one singles, with 'Need U (100%)' picking up a Grammy nomination and latest single 'I GOT U' following suit to become one of 2014's biggest singles and club anthems. The latter sold over 2 million copies globally, topped the iTunes chart in 13 countries, went to #1 in the US Billboard Dance Chart, was on the BBC Radio 1 and Capital FM A-List, and accumulated well over 40 million plays online.

Just in time for summer, 'Won't Look Back' is a glorious tour-de-force of soulful sun-kissed house, larger than life vocals and the elegance of Duke's by now signature majestic piano chords, culminating in a simultaneously ecstatic and yearning refrain. Melding together contemporary UK garage with elements of timeless disco and French house, with 'Won't Look Back' Duke Dumont delivers yet again an intelligent and sublime dancefloor classic.

Currently putting the finishing touches on his debut album, Duke has a busy summer head with festival slots including Lovebox, Lollapalooza and Creamfields, along with his own Blasé Boys Club residency at Sankey's in Ibiza, which will feature an all star-cast of friends and guests.

Duke's transition from an underground 'producers' producer' to one of the pillars of the new UK dance and pop landscape came after a long period honing his craft as DJ and recording artist, having made his name in the electronic and house circuits with cuts such as 'The Giver', releases for Tiga's Turbo Recordings label, and remixes for Lily Allen, HAIM, Aluna George, Bat For Lashes & Tensnake among others.
