El prevost ft. D.Ham - 'Novo Bop' with Wbezza & more

Hot off the heels of their first record, South East London’s No Speakers label return. This time with a second hot slab of wax. Joined by some friends, this 12’’ of deep, functional house comes ready for the floor. We’re proud to present Novo Bop.

Opening proceedings on A1 is London based live performer and label owner, El Prevost with the original take. The slow slung house groove simmers along featuring spoken word from d.ham. You never quite know where it’s gonna go!

A2 sees new comer Moody Waters deliver a driving techno interpretation with plenty of jack.

Behind B1 we have Third Ear alumni Wbeeza. After gracing 12’’s on Secretsundaze, alongside running the mighty pFlymusic. We see the Peckham based artist stripping the original of the vocal whilst chopping and filtering the stab giving it an early feel. Perfect for warming up a room atmospherically or the afterhour.

Carl Micheal steps up to remix B2, with releases on Rhythm City & Gotta Keep Faith Records. The Mancunian working up a more driving spaced out version, adding

Deptford based Rob Perry and regular No Speakers contributor offers up a vintage rave feeling interpretation, with cymbals and an uplifting lead synth things seem to weave in and out of the vocal. Rounding off the record in fine fashion.
